DELIVERY, PICK UP, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

PICK-UP IN PERSON

WE MOVED! Beginning June 2, we offer front porch pick-up at our new Casero headquarters located at 2100 Robert Browning Street Austin, TX 78723. Pick up hours are Wednesday - Saturday from 10am to 2pm. 

Delivery

We charge a flat $15 delivery fee for delivery in central Austin.

We will deliver outside of Central Austin, but due to the extra driving time, deliveries to the following areas require a $25 delivery fee: Cedar Park, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Buda/ Kyle, Manor, Pflugerville/ Georgetown.

If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded and the board will be available for pick up during scheduled pick up hours.

Deliveries are now available Wednesday - Saturday between 11am and 3pm. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship select products on a seasonal basis between October and March. If you have any special order needs that require shipping, let us know and we'll see how we can accommodate you.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

All of Casero's cheese and charcuterie items are selected based on flavor, as well as ethical and environmental practices so everything you eat from our boards will be delicious and responsibly made.

We rotate our cheeses monthly. In April, we are featuring Sweet Grass Dairy/Green Hill, River Whey Creamery/Indigo Ridge, Mozzarella Co/ Hoja Santa, Point Reyes/Bay Blue, 5 Year Cheddar/Hook’s Cheese Co., Carr Valley, Jasper Hill Farm/ Cave Aged Cheddar, Cowgirl Creamery/ Mt. Tam, and others.

The chicken liver pâté, along with many of the pickles and mustards, are made in-house by Casero Chef and Owner, Jackie Letelier. Other rotating charcuterie items include Cremenelli Varzi, Visca Chorizo Español, La Quercia Prosciutto, The Salumeria OG, and others. 

Serving Tips

Our cheese boards are great at room temperature. Cheese reaches optimal flavor & texture at room temperature. Remove from your refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving. You can leave the charcuterie boards, jars of chicken liver pâte, dips and crudité boards in your refrigerator and take out 20 minutes before serving.

Don't skip the dried fruit! Try them with the cheeses as a cracker substitute.

If you'll enjoy your board the next day or two, we recommend leaving the board wrapped to preserve the freshness.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Cheeses are pasteurized. Olives have pits. Boards contain nuts. Products on the assembled boards are gluten-free. However, boards are assembled in a kitchen that uses nuts and gluten.

We offer crackers as an add-on to all boards. Our Niki Board (crudités board) is vegan with the hummus. The Louise board is a cheese board that contains no meat.

We offer items found here. Grazing tables and charcuterie cones are not our jam. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

When orders are placed we purchase product to fulfill your order, so we are not able to offer refunds. However, we are happy to reschedule your pick-up or delivery if given 48 hours notice.

One of Casero's core company values is paying our team members fair wages without relying on tips. Drivers are paid $20 per hours plus a stipend for gas. We are currently looking for friendly, reliable team members to help with deliveries.
